1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bacchus Touch platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Bacchus Touch is a curated directory and certification platform for BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) wine-friendly restaurants. We evaluate restaurants against defined wine-service standards and publish listings for consumers and wine enthusiasts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Restaurant Listings & Applications

  • Restaurant owners may apply to be listed on Bacchus Touch by submitting an application form.
  • All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in rejection or removal.
  • Bacchus Touch reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
  • Certification badges are awarded based on our evaluation criteria and may be revised or revoked if standards are no longer met.

5. Subscription Plans

  • Restaurant subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.
  • Bacchus Touch reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bacchus Touch platform, including logos, certification badges, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Bacchus Touch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bacchus Touch does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of restaurant listings, BYOB policies, or other information. BYOB policies are subject to change by individual restaurants, and we recommend confirming directly before your visit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bacchus Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on restaurant information or BYOB policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
