About the Restaurant
Showcase Restaurant 4 is built around its cellar. Diners eat among the barrels, and the kitchen sends out a tasting menu designed to sit alongside old and rare wine rather than compete with it. Magnums are welcome, decanting is done at the table, and there is no bottle limit for parties of four or more. This is a room for collectors who want their cellar opened properly.
Notes from Bacchus Touch
The most collector-friendly room on the island. Magnums, mature Bordeaux and long decants are all handled with real competence.
