About the Restaurant
Showcase Restaurant 3 occupies a restored stone house in Paphos, its vaulted rooms lit almost entirely by candlelight. The kitchen works in the northern Italian register: hand-rolled pasta, aged risotto rice, and a grill that treats a Bistecca with respect. A full-time sommelier is on the floor every night and will decant, advise and occasionally disagree with you, always to the good of the bottle.
Notes from Bacchus Touch
One of the few rooms where a sommelier will meet your bottle on equal terms. Book the vaulted room if you are carrying something older.
